In general, most bank bonuses require a direct deposit.
That is the hardest part
If you can switch your direct deposit, that is easy.
A lot of people can’t switch their direct deposit easily though.
So, bank bonuses like this with no direct deposit requirement are easy.
There are other ways to get around the direct deposit requirement though.

Right now, Aspiration will give you an easy $150-$200 just for joining, and spending $1000 on your new debit card.
I did this on my mom’s account.
The $150 was deposited in January.
That is as easy as it gets.
Make sure to go through Swagbucks first.
They will give you an extra $20-$50.

What is Aspiration Bank?
Aspiration is a nonbank financial service provider that provides cash management services.
These services combine features of checking and saving accounts.
The institution is online only and FDIC insured.
It has a focus on helping the environment.
Aspiration allows you to choose what fee you want to pay.
Since they gave me a choice, I choose $0.
You can close it after the bonus if you like.
Make sure to read the rules below.
Since the no fee Spend and Save account has no fee, I would keep it open after the bonus for awhile though.
I think it is common courtesy to keep no fee bank accounts open for a while.
If you choose the Plus account, you can downgrade to the no fee account.

How to make a deposit with Aspiration Bank
- ACH transfer

As usual with online banks, cash deposits are not easy.
I mean they will take at least 3 days to receive.
You can do a bank transfer from your main bank.
Also, you can transfer instantly from PayPal and similar services with a fee.
I would not advise paying a fee though.
This was not my main bank account, so that was no big deal.
It is easy to do ACH transfer from any bank.

I have not had any trouble withdrawing money.
Their ATMs are in CVS, Kroger, and lots of other major stores in my area.

How do you get your $150-$200 from Aspiration Bank?
Right now, Aspiration is offering $150 for new users who open a no-fee Spend and Save account, and $200 for people who open a Plus account with a $7.99 a mont ($5.99/month annual) fee.
Here is the offer:
- Spend & Save account: Open account & deposit $10. Then spend $1000 in 60 days on new debit card.
- Plus account: Open new account, and deposit $10. Spend $1000 in 60 days. This account has a fee of $7.99/month ($5.99/month annually).
Again, I did this offer on my mom’s account.
I choose the no fee account, but you can chose the Plus account with the fee.
Take the fees into consideration.
Note: It will take 120 days to get paid.
This is still an easy bank bonus.
Again, Swagbucks offers extra money for opening an Aspiration account.
That has not been as high as it used to be.
I got $80 on my mom’s account when I opened it.
In the present, I have only seen it at $20-$50 at most though.
That is still extra money, so I would suggest you go through Swagbucks first.

When Swagbucks offers extra money (usually $20-$50 extra), I would suggest going through them though again.
This is as easy as bank bonuses go.
Most other bank bonuses require direct deposit again.

- Use your debit card to spend $1000 of cumulative transactions during the first 60 days.
- Your money should appear in your account within 120 days.

Bank bonuses are very lucrative, but a lot of banks ask you to move your direct deposit.
My direct deposit is easy to switch, but this may not be the case for everyone.
There are people who make thousands a year doing bank bonuses though.
