How To Get Started With Receipt Scanning Apps & Make An Extra $100 A Month

They only require that you take a picture of a receipt.
How long does it take you to snap a picture?

Snap a picture, and you are finished.
Most involve grocery receipts.
I have been making an easy $100 per month doing these apps for years.
It is an easy way to make $100.
By themselves, you would only make at most $20.
The magic lies in stacking them.
This is what will give you your easy $100 per month.
You just take a picture of the same receipt with different individual apps, adding only seconds.
Here are the apps I suggest you sign up with to get started as well as how to get started.
I make the most money with Shopkick ($60 per month) and Ibotta ($20 per month.
Though these two apps are considered receipt scanning apps, they do require extra steps besides snapping a picture.

As you see, they pay much more.
All the other apps on this page only pay about $5 a month.
Why would the apps that only pay $5 a month be worthwhile?
These apps get me free gift cards for something not noticed in my day.

Unlike Ibotta and Shopkick, you won’t notice the other three in your day.
My third favorite app (after Ibotta and Shopkick) is Fetch.

Ibotta is the first app we suggest you start with.
Why?
Everyone has to buy groceries, so you might as well get money back from it.
How to use:
- Sign up here and get $10 bonus

- Find the store you want to shop at (i.e. Walmart, Target, Kroger, Whole Food, etc)
- Each week browse categories at top of app like dairy, pantry, “any item,” etc
- Click the coupon for each item you will buy
- Shop and buy items
- Take a picture of your receipt

2. Shopkick
You may wonder why I listed Shopkick second, when you see I make most of my money with it.
Shopkick is the only one that will require something additional than taking a picture of your receipt.
It requires you to walk into stores and scan products.
This takes me minutes, but not everyone wants to do this.
You don’t have to spend any money to do this.

Again this takes me 10-15 minutes on my commute home.

3. Receipt Pal
Receipt Pal is one of three apps that get me $20 each month with seconds of time.
It is only $5 every 4-6 weeks, but again the fact that it requires no time is what makes it stand out.
You can use any receipt.
Again, you should sign up for all of the apps, preferably at the same time.
If they say there is a waiting list, get on it.
4. Receipt Hog
Receipt Hog is like Receipt Pal.
It only accepts gas and grocery receipts though.
You get free spins for other receipts like restaurants and clothing.
Again, it is one of the three apps that I make an easy $20 per month with in seconds.
5. Fetch
Fetch is another app that requires no time.
It is pretty popular.
Fetch only allows grocery and gas receipts.
