Swagbucks/MyPoints Deals are one of my highest moneymakers.

I make hundreds a year.

Currently, Swagbucks is offering $100 if you sign up to be a DoorDash Driver, and complete one delivery.

It may look intimidating to complete one delivery, but this is an easy $100.

You don’t have to work for DoorDash.

You just need to complete a delivery, so you can get your $100.

I was intimidated by the task of completing one delivery.

I ended up working for DoorDash and UberEats.

This is really easy.

Here is how to easily complete the offer, and get your $100

You could even decide to do a side hustle like I did.

I will write a review of DoorDash and UberEats later for people interested in side hustles.

What is Swagbucks/MyPoints?

Swagbucks and MyPoints are sites that allow people to make some extra money doing various things like:

  • taking surveys
  • watching videos
  • shopping online
  • surfing the web

If you want to know more about Swagbucks, read my review here.

I will write the MyPoints review later.

Both sites are owned by the same company, and work similar.

Swagbucks usually has more offers.

The points currency on MyPoints is calculated differently too.

Other than that, they pretty much work the same.

You want to use both sites because offers will be higher on each individual site at different times

For the most part, except the section I am writing about (Discover/Deals), you will only make spare change with both sites.

That could just be making $50 extra month.

Even spare change comes in handy, so read my Swagbucks review here again.

The deals section is where I make hundreds a year again though.

Offers I have done in the past on Discover/Deals include:

  • $200 UberEats
  • $150 DoorDash (has not been this high for a while)
  • $200 GoodRx
  • $75 Upgrade

This is where the money is on both sites again.

Here is a post explaining the deals section in more detail.

The Offer

  • Sign up to be a Door Dash Driver; within 30 days complete one delivery; and then get $100

Requirements:

  • Sign up through Swagbucks
  • Input information on DoorDash website, and consent to background check
  • Complete 1 delivery within 30 days of sign up

If new to Swagbucks, sign up here, & get $13.

If new to MyPoints, sign up here, and get $10

Offer no longer on MyPoints.

You must complete your first delivery within 30 days of signing up again.

Last, your $100 will appear as pending.

How To Sign Up For DoorDash

You will need to use the link on either Swagbucks or My Points again first.

If new To Swagbucks, get $13, and sign up here

if new to MyPoints, use this link to get $10, and sign up here

After you use the link through Swagbucks/MyPoints, you will be taken to the DoorDash website.

It is simple to sign up for DoorDash.

You only need to do the following:

  • create an account
  • submit requested information
  • consent to background check

Some small cities have a waiting list, but most places will let you sign up.

The background check is the longest step.

Everything else takes minutes.

After the background check, you are ready to work.

it says you need a delivery bag and red card.

You don’t.

I started working without either.

You won’t be able to take an order with a red card though.

You don’t need to take orders with a red card though for your one delivery.

How To Complete One Delivery

This is the part that intimidated me.

It really is easy though.

After you are a DoorDash Driver, you will have two options to schedule your delivery::

  • Dash Now
  • Schedule

Basically, “Dash Now” is when DoorDash is busy.

This is the easiest time.

You can use the schedule function, and schedule a time later though.

Here are times when DoorDash is busy:

  • lunch, 11-1 p.m.
  • Dinner, 5-7 p.m.
  • Late evening, 9 p.m. or after

I think it is easier to “Dash” when DoorDash is busy again.

Next, after you have a shift, you will be presented orders.

First, know that DoorDash deliveries are shown to you in seconds.

It will give you about 30 seconds to accept or decline an order.

It will tell you the distance and the restaurant’s name.

To make this easy for your one delivery, you want to look for deliveries that are around 1-3 miles.

You can refuse orders, or just let the time run out.

You will then be shown the next order.

You are not looking to work for DoorDash.

If you do want to work for DoorDash later, look for my review in the future.

For now, however, you just want to complete your one delivery, and get your $100.

Again, I would choose an order around 1-3 miles.

Avoid restaurants that have long lines like McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, etc.

After you accept an order, you will see directions to restaurant.

You can follow the directions.

If you know the location of the restaurant, you don’t have to do this though.

Since restaurants like Wendys have so many locations, I would just follow the directions to make it easier.

Next, arrive at restaurant, and make sure you check “arrived at store.”

DoorDash does give a suggested pick up time.

If you work for DoorDash later, this matters.

With DoorDash, the food is usually ready or near ready, so either wait for a couple minutes the you arrive at the restaurant, or pick up food immediately.

After you have picked up the order, hit “confirm pickup.”

Then, follow directions to the address of the customer.

Most customers will request you leave the order at their door.

Deliver the food, and follow customer instructions.

Then, mark food as delivered.

That is it.

Remember, you must complete your delivery within 30 days of sign up.

I would do the one delivery as soon as possible.

The delivery from pick up to end should be less than 30 minutes.

Wait for Swagbucks to mark the offer as pending.

That is it again.

If you have any problems with Swagbucks, just submit a ticket.

I have always received my Swagbucks/MyPoints money after submitting a ticket.

Again, for people interested in side hustles, look for my DoorDash review.

I will be writing more side hustle reviews.

Side hustles can allow you to stop living paycheck to paycheck, grow a bigger retirement, build an emergency fund, save for kid’s college, or just have some extra money for stuff you want.

They only take a couple hours a week.

Last year, after my main day job in education (I am an entrepreneur!), I just did DoorDash through the week for one hour a day.

On the weekends, I would do more hours though.

That is the beauty of side hustles: Work whenever you want on your schedule.

Everyone has a side hustle now, even grandmas.

You probably should too.

Summary

This is an easy $100.

Just for signing up to be a DoorDash Driver, you get $100.

Like I said, the part that intimidated me was completing the one delivery.

I thought it would be hard, but it was easy.

I even ended up working for DoorDash.

I will write the DoorDash review later in case anyone wants a side hustle.

Many people are taking up side hustles because of the economy.

I will write an UberEats review too.

If you want to do Doordash as a side hustle, I find that stacking apps helps me make a least $18-$20/hour in my area which can be slow

Some people stack apps, and make up to $40/hour.

You can check this influencer who does that out.

I completed this offer a year ago.

It was $150 then.

it was $65 for a long time after that, so this is actually higher than it was for a year.

They will probably lower it soon, so I would sign up soon.

The lucrative UberEats offer that was $200/$250 for a long time was lowered to less than $40.

Remember, you have 30 days from the time you sign up to complete your first delivery. .
